A mini game for Crisis Command, and leadership and decision-making trainer

Crisis Command — Leadership Simulator
Leadership & Decision-Making Trainer

Crisis Command

A scenario-based simulator for practicing crisis response, conflict resolution and leadership judgment under time pressure. Every decision trades off between public trust, resources and team morale — exactly like the real thing.

How to play

  1. Pick a role and difficulty below, then hit "Begin Simulation."
  2. Crises arrive one at a time. Read the situation report and choose one of the response options before the countdown ring closes.
  3. Each choice shifts three meters — Public Trust, Resources, Team Morale — shown live on the dashboard. There's rarely a free option: strengthening one often costs another.
  4. Letting the timer run out counts as indecision and always costs you — in a real crisis, no decision is still a decision.
  5. Survive all rounds with your meters above zero to complete the simulation. Your Leadership Score and decision log are tallied below the game as you play.
