I thought of learning about different aspects of Pakistan,
as I want to do something for it. Therefore, I started with some of the
well-known indices or reports that would help me in gaining more information
about Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). These were 12 posts. You

Now, I have been learning about real estate business in
Pakistan. I have started from Youtube videos and hopefully during my learning
Journey, I will get some more useful resources to move ahead in this learning
and perhaps entering into the real estate business.
I have seen a video, titled, “How to Make Clients in REAL
ESTATE? | Urdu, Hindi رئیل اسٹیٹ میں کلائنٹ کیسے بنایا
جائے؟” on the channel “Real Estate With ABJ.”
The host talks about how to make clients in real estate
business. He motivates that everything is easy, if you THINK, it is easy.
First of all, market yourself. Talk about your real estate business,
everywhere you go. You can use social media to market yourself. This social
media usage can help in expanding your information and telling others about
your business. Marketing can help in making your work a brand and grabbing
clients.
Second point is to get and provide accurate and solid information.
It can help in providing solid foundation in this business. For instance,
information about documentation, about area (such as community in the area,
environment, rainy weather or not, etc.). Many people may also talk with you
and may judge you based on your information.
Third point is related to transfer office visit at least
once a week, even if you have nothing to do there. For instance, you may go to
membership counter, finance section, etc. You may also find some person, who
may ask whether you are a real estate agent, and in this way, you may get a
potential client. Helping people in the transfer office visit can help you in
promoting your business.
Fourth point is to respect and treat equally every client,
whether he is dealing with 5,000 rupees or with more than 500,000 rupees. You
have to focus on number of transactions rather then focusing on only clients
with huge investment opportunity. Sometimes, investors with low amount may help
you in meeting with investors with high investment.
Fifth and most important point is to believe on ALLAH.
