H+ refers to Evolved High-Speed Packet Access. When there is E with signal bars, the speed is slow as compared to H, which is slower in comparison to H+, in which in turn is slower in comparison to 4G.

It is also important that you have to avoid any kind of overconfidence as it may result in significant harm.
