Surfactants are the substances which allow the mixing of oil with water. They allow to reduce interfacial tecnsion.
There are four different types of surfactants:
1. Amphoteric Surfactants.
2. Cationic Surfactants.
3. Anionic Surfactants.
4. Non-ionic Surfactants.
